All inclusive packages

"The event is so unique. You start off in the crowds, right by the largest attraction in Iceland, Geysir. After only few minutes of riding you'll find yourself in a vast lavafield with a direct view of Langjökull."

We'll take care of you and your partner, every day, all the way. The few things you'll have to worry about are enjoying, riding, eating, resting and enjoying. 

Our packages include accommodation, food and snacks, water, soft drinks and sports drinks, transport from Reykjavik and back at the end of the race, transport of luggage, bikes and racers during the race when needed, security and medical assistance.

All packages include registration fee and the following

  • Accommodation (choose CAMP, SEMI-INDOOR, INDOOR, INDOOR PLUS)
  • All food and drinks (apart from alcoholic beverages). Three meals per day. Breakfast, post-race meal and dinner. Snacks will be available at all times on location and we'll set up drinking stations during the race. 
  • Transport to and from Reykjavik, before and after the race. All transport within the race.
  • Luggage transport service and transportation of day bags from the start to the finish area.

INCLUDED: Registration, transport to and from Reykjavik, luggage transport from one camp to the other, three meals a day (post race, dinner and breakfast while with us and evening snacks), 2 night’s accommodation.
ACCOMMODATION STANDARD: Two nights in a tent in our cosy camp. Your team’s tent will be set up for you and equipped with mattresses. You bring your own sleeping bag and pillow.

INCLUDED: Registration, transport to and from Reykjavik, luggage transport from one camp to the other, three meals a day (post race, dinner and breakfast while with us and evening snacks), 2 night’s accommodation.
ACCOMMODATION STANDARD: Two nights where the first night is in a private room with private bathroom facilities in Húsafell. The accommodation is located approximately 10 min drive from camp. The second night is in a tent camp in Hveravellir highland centre. We set up a tent for your team and equip it with mattresses. You bring your own sleeping bag and pillow.

INCLUDED: Registration, transport to and from Reykjavik, luggage transport from one camp to the other, three meals a day (post race, dinner and breakfast while with us and evening snacks), 2 night’s accommodation.
ACCOMMODATION STANDARD: Two nights where the first night is in a private room with private bathroom facilities in Húsafell. The accommodation is located approximately 10 min drive from camp. The second night is in the Hveravellir highland centre. The accommodation is in shared dorms with shared bathroom facilities. It is rugged and basic but charming. Beds are made up.

ACCOMMODATION STANDARD: First night is in a private apartment in Laugarvatn. We will travel there in the afternoon post registration in Reykjavik. There you’ll be close to the start line and have access to Laugarvatn fontana baths and sauna. Included is a nice meal at Héraðsskólinn restaurant. The second night is in a private room with private bathroom facilities in Húsafell. The accommodation is located approximately 10 min drive from camp. The third night is in the Hveravellir highland centre. The accommodation is in shared dorms with shared bathroom facilities. It is rugged and basic but charming. Beds are made up.


Registration Only

  • Please note that the race travels through the highlands and remote places in Iceland the support we'll provide is extensive. That does include setting up drink stations, first aid and supported technical zones in the highlands, operated by the local search and rescue squad (SAR).
  • Pre race meeting and post race party.
  • Local accreditation and issuing of starter kit, which contains number plates, time chip and luggage bags for luggage transport.
  • Signposting of the course with visible Glacier 360 signs where applicable.
  • Marshalls on ahead of the field to check the signposting and ensure the safety of participants.
  • First aid on the course and contact with local emergency officials to ensure assistance in case of a bigger accident.
  • Professional timekeeping by way of transponders.
  • Result service after each stage.
  • Daily check points to keep track of all participants.
  • Two catering points per stage.
  • Food and drinks at the finish of each stage.
  • “Do it yourself” Bike stations at the catering points and Technical services in camp (spare parts have to be paid for).
  • Information in camp.
  • Daily, up-to-date Internet coverage of the Glacier 360.
  • Press office and services.
  • Prize medals for official finishers.
  • Again we'll make sure that participants are safe while undertaking this adventures, fighting with Iceland's highlands.
