BIKE MAINTAINANCE & MECHANICAL SERVICE

- There'll be washing facilities on location and riders can access tools and spare parts. The facilities are free to use. Spare parts to be paid for. If you prefer to have our mechanics wash and prepare your bike please find price list below and email us to info@madeinmountains.is to pre-order daily jet wash and tune-up. 

Bike jet wash & race preparation by mechanics 3500 ISK per day

Other repairs according to the following fee:

30 minutes 4000 ISK

45 minutes 5000 ISK

60 minutes 6000 ISK

90 minutes 8000 ISK

after 90 minutes the fee is 1500 ISK extra for each 30 minutes.

WASHING AND DRYING OF CLOTHES

Clothes can be washed and dried after day 1 in Húsafell. When delivering your race documents you'll receive a washing bag. It's possible to fill the bag and have the clothes washed and tumble dried after finishing Stage 1. Please note that all clothes in the bag will be washed together on low temperatures and tumbled dried on low temperatures.

Price for a wash 2000 ISK.
